Welcome to La Courtoisie!
Two of my greatest passions in life are food and people. I love food and I love feeding people. My passion for food was not always there, in fact, my nine brothers would always comment on my cooking - I had to prove them wrong. Having worked in the software industry for several years, I decided to pursue my true calling, since then I have been in the culinary industry for 13 years. I enjoy travelling to experience how different culture norture and appreciate food. This is what I want to bring to you to explore.
