Once again, many thanks for wonderful meals over the past ten months. I know that I speak for all those who attend that we look forward to your culinary delights each meeting.

La Courtoisie handled my wedding splendidly. Not only did they provide delicious food, Maryjane helped plan the details of the wedding; from corresponding with the property manager of our venue to coordinating the rentals. Everyone raved about the food! The beef was fall-off-the-bone tender, the roasted pig had the crispiest skin, the seafood boil so flavourful, and the made-in-front of you crepes were heavenly. I don't plan to get married again but if there are any more big events I need to host, I will definitely be going back to La Courtoisie!

What can I say, that I haven't said already. Everything was absolutely GREAT!!! The food was amazing, the decorating was beautiful and the evening was a blast. We definately made the right choice hiring you.
